Our one-on-one “done for you” coaching program gives you the training, support, and accountability your team needs to successfully implement the Trlliss system.
The “Done for You” coaching package is ideal for busy business owners who want to hand off the process of systemizing the business to an expert! We work directly with key employees to document and systematize your processes.
Working with a certified Trlliss systems expert is easy and efficient because their primary objective is to document the critical systems, all within the initial engagement period.
This process is designed to work without the business owner being involved, but does require a reliable “systems champion” who will be the on-site support.
One - 60 minute session to identify how your business is currently functioning

Identify & Assign - help you identify departments, along with assigning a “systems champion” who will spearhead daily tasks.

Please note: This process takes a minimum of 3 months. While this is an average timetable of Trlliss System Setup, clients may move faster or slower depending on what’s required.

Expert Coaching Sessions
One-on-One coaching calls (over a 3 month period) with a certified 4S Systems Expert. Calls will be with the business owner and/or a key employee who you will identify as your “systems champion”. The sessions can be used to ask questions, share the systems you are currently having trouble with, and provide accountability for you and your team as you implement the 4S System.
+Sessions are recorded and available for you to reference at any time.
Systems Software

FAQs
How long does it take to systemize my business?
Timeframes vary based on the size of the organization and the number of products and services they offer. That said, typically a business can see the positive impacts from the systemization of their business within as little as 3 months.
Who should be involved in systematizing?
While it’s important for the business owner to begin the process, it is really the team who will carry this process through to completion. The Trlliss process was actually designed for a team. We recommend businesses have at least one “systems champion” in addition to the business owner, involved in the process. Your “systems champion” could be a full or part-time employee, and/or contractors. For larger teams, include your leadership team and department heads to drive this forward. We recommend you have a “systems champion” for each major department.
Will the Trlliss process work within my industry?
Yes! Our systems model is applicable to any industry. All great businesses are built on a foundation of great systems. Systems are the building blocks of all businesses.

Does the program give me a place to store my systems?
Yes! As part of your investment, you’ll receive a complimentary subscription to Process St. This is a cloud-based platform designed to organize all of our business SOPs, systems, processes, policies, and workflows.
What is Process St and how much does it cost?
Process St is our preferred workflow management software and the storehouse all of our systems and processes. It is a secure, cloud-based and intuitive. Process St runs between $25 - $35/month per user. Best of all, it’s free while you’re working with a Trlliss coach for up to 2 users.
I already have systems in my business, what can the Trlliss process do for me?
Yay!!! It’s wonderful to hear that you’re on your way with your business systems. As you know, there’s more to building a successful business than just documenting things from time to time.
There’s a good chance you haven’t quite achieved your true potential yet. Trlliss can help you fill the gaps and ensure you have everything in place.
How are the sessions conducted?
Meetings are conducted via Zoom. All sessions run 60 minutes and are recorded.
Is all of the content available immediately?
Each week a new session of the Trlliss group training is released so that you and your team have time to consume the content, take action, and integrate it into your business.
As you work through the sessions, you can ask questions in the group as well as on the expert coaching calls to help keep you on track.
How are systems/processes “approved” before they are made live?
After each process extraction interview, processes are loaded into our workflow management tool. From there, they are divided into individual systems, documented and loaded to your account. Typically, the first draft of a system is delivered within 7-14 days. Your team will be able to “try on” the system and request any necessary changes during the duration of the 3 month commitment.
Do you offer a trial so I can test it out? I’m not 100% sure if this will work for me…
