Meet Kelly
Our founder, Kelly Traugott, established Trlliss with a simple mission: empowering organizations to realize their potential to thrive at the next level.
Kelly began honing our craft with her first job in high school as office manager for a luxury photography studio. From there she worked in management and leadership roles in diverse industries such as event planning, healthcare, real estate, and financial services.
The strategies and structures we help organizations implement have been battle tested and proven in the real world, and we’re ready to help you. Your passion, your business, your success to your fullest potential...this is our passion...seeing you thrive.
Kelly lives with her husband David, three daughters - Alyssa, Meredith, and Brooklyn, and son Isaac in Charlotte, North Carolina.
